A deposit of $125 is due upon signing up.  See below for preferred payment schedule:

   1st Payment: $125 Deposit upon Registering

   2nd Payment: $250, by March 1, 2020

   3rd Payment: $150 by April 1, 2020 (or remainder of cost-)      

   Final Payment by May 15, 2020 prior to Retreat beginning.

Cancelation Policy:

​

Your first deposit is returnable within a month of registering until March 10. Cancel by April 1, and you may receive a 50% refund.  No refunds after April 2, 2020

Because we are trying to keep our costs as low as possible so that more people can attend, we welcome payments by check! Payment plans can be set up and you only need to send a $125 deposit to reserve your spot. To pay with a check, please include the names of the attendees and email addresses and mail to:
